We stayed there one night on the way to Richmond. The washrooms were clean. Manager was friendly. Definitely would stay again next time passing by.

This is a wonderful safe place to park your RV, close all amenities, easy access to Hwy #1 with full service hook-ups. George the RV park manager is a nice man and very helpful.

My husband Derek & I had a GREAT time. The managers were there all the time, accommodated our RV, & trailer even though it was a very busy Labor Day weekend. They couldn't have been been nicer, and I would happily stay there again on our next trip.

We had a great experience here. This is our 4th night here & we are leaving in the morning to Ontario. Sandra & Gerald are so helpful Sandra needs a golf cart fot all the running ariond here on foot. We know that coming here was not a mistake & if ever back in this area we would definately stay here again!! Thanks Sandra & Gerald for a great time! Cheers! Great campground with friendly, helpful management. They waited for us past their normal closing time to check us in and then help us back into our site. I only wish the WiFi was better.

Friendly neighborhood, very peaceful. Compared to other RV parks, this is the most peaceful park I’ve been to. Managers are very approachable. A lot of long term campers. We highly recommend this place.

As a resident l just love it here . People are friendly and owner Joseph and manager Michael work hard all year round to keep the park functioning properly. A great place to come and stay at when u are on the road with your rv . Close to the freeway with full hookups . Manager Michael will be glad to hear from you

My husband and I arrived in Vancouver to find that our original reservation at another park was booked in a site that was too small for us, we frantically called all over, there was no space for our 40 foot fifth wheel anywhere. I originally called Livingstone and they were also booked, just as I was going to give up very stressed they called me back and said they could fit us in from the 1st to the 19th! We were so happy went over to the park right away to

Leave a deposit! Manager/ owner was so friendly, shoed us the site that would work and we were happy! Great location, nice park very friendly! The next day we got a call from our original reservation saying they could shift things around and make it work ( it was just a better location for us as we had gamily flying in) We went back to Livingstone they happily refunded our deposit. We will definitely highly recommend and stay there if we come back!

We were in a difficult situation, broken down vehicle, and were so well taken care of. Gerald and Sandy, managers, are caring and lovely people. The park is clean and quite nice. Thanks to you both for providing a safe haven for us and being so very compassionate.
