Livingstone RV Park is a daily rental park & not governed by British Columbia Residential Tenancy Act. There is no tenancy agreement. All RV sites are under a “License to Occupy”.
Management reserves the right to approve/reject anyone based on age/appearance of vehicle/RV. They must be in good working order ; well maintained; and not offensive to others.
Fees are due as soon as you arrive. We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard or E-transfer.
Proof of valid/current government ID; vehicle/RV registration; credit/debit card; is compulsory at anytime to maintain/insure a peaceful and lawful enjoyment of our park.
We shall retain customer financials to charge fee; penalty; fine; for loss; damages; unpaid fees; charges incurred during/after occupancy without authorization or consent.
All Sites must be kept clean; orderly; uncluttered at all times. No doormat/carpet should be placed on the grass. No clotheslines allowed. No storage onsite except under/inside RV.
No smoking allowed anywhere in park except occupants site. No kind of cannabis allowed. Cigarette butts found on site or park shall be fined $50 to $200 for littering.
Any garbage of any kind left on RV site during/after occupancy shall be fined a minimum of $50 up to $200 for illegal dumping/littering.
Management is not responsible for lost; stolen; damaged articles; loss due to fire; water; accident; weather; or catastrophic events.
Permanent guests not allowed. Two occupants per unit/site unless approved by management.
Visitor’s check-in with valid/current ID is compulsory. Overnight guests pay $10 per night. Visitor parking inside park is $10 per night per vehicle.
Site occupants responsible for guests at all times while in park, including informing guests of rules; paying fines/fees/ for any guest’s violations.
Visitors can park outside park for free. No visitors after 10 PM unless paying overnight fees.
Quiet Time must be observed from 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music or parties allowed. Radio/TV volume; disturbing noise activity must be controlled during these hours.
Park has private sewer system. Do not dispose paper towels; Kleenex; tampons; wipes of any kind; tobacco products, down drains or toilet.
Do not use RV toilet pack products in park. These cause major problems; damages pumps; clogs screen/filters; kills healthy bacteria needed for breakdown of waste.
No weapons; fireworks; wood campfires; charcoal BBQ’s of any kind. These are strictly prohibited on park property. Gas firepits & gas BBQ’s are allowed.
The speed limit in the park is 10 KMH / 8 MPH. Please watch for children pets.
Common courtesy between all persons is compulsory. Profane/abusive/threatening language or action directed at park personal, others, or guests, will not be tolerated.
Management has right to remove anyone from park whose behaviour adversely affects use, enjoyment, or safety of others. No refund will be given.
Any man, women, child or pet who wilfully hurts another man, women, child or pet is immediately evicted from the park.
Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside the owners’ RV. They should never be tied outside without supervision. Noisy/vicious dogs are prohibited.
All guests must pick up after animals. Anyone not picking up after their animal will fined minimum of $40.00 up to $100 & could be asked to leave the park.
